Dad Moves That Matter
Don't Let Time Steal Your Bond: Start Creating Extroadinary Moments Now
Life moves fast. Work demands, daily grind, distractions, they steal time you want to spend with your kids. You feel the weight: guilt of not being present enough, fear of looking back and realizing the moments slipped away, the quiet ache of emotional distance even when you're in the same room.
High Frequency Fatherhood changes that. We give you simple, powerful tools to shift from overwhelmed and reactive to intentional and connected, turning ordinary days into extroadinary bonds that your children will carry forever.
No more "someday." Start creating the memories, the trust, the legacy they need right now.
About
High Frequency Fatherhood is a movement for fathers ready to stop missing out and start building unbreakable bonds. We focus on intentional, high vibe moments, workshops, adventures, challenges, and real brotherhood that solves the real pain: time scarcity, emotional gaps, guilt, and the fear of not doing enough.
Through structured experiences and supportive community, we help you show up as the steady, present leader your kids need, without overwhelm or perfectionism. Because when you create meaningful moments on purpose, everything changes, deeper trust, lasting memories, confident kids and a fatherhood you can look back on with pride.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Jillette Lynn Ri'chard
My dad was my rock. Not because of financial support or material provisions, though he provided these too, but because our bond was the unshakable foundation of my fierce resilience. He showed up with steady, quiet strength through every challenge, every storm and every ordinary day. He listened deeply, encouraged without fanfare, and created a safe space where I always knew I was seen, valued and protected. That emotional anchor gave me the confidence to face life head-on, the courage to stand tall, and the inner strength that has carried me through everything.
This movement is deeply personal. It's my way of honoring the man who quietly gave me the greatest gift, resilience rooted in love, and ensuring more dads have the support, tools and brotherhood to do the same for their children.
